Debugging database issues when using email subscriptions

This is what comes up when you try to unsubscribe an e-mail on the back end.
Error Executing Database Query.
[Macromedia][SequeLink JDBC Driver][ODBC Socket][Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]DELETE permission denied on object 'subscribers', database 'xyz', owner 'dbo'.
Please try the following:
• Enable Robust Exception Information to provide greater detail about the source of errors. In the Administrator, click Debugging & Logging > Debugging Settings, and select the Robust Exception Information option.
• Check the ColdFusion documentation to verify that you are using the correct syntax.
• Search the Knowledge Base to find a solution to your problem.

Client ratings don’t display the stars

Client creates a rating, then the company looks it over to assure that there is nothing crude written.  When going back to look at the client account the stars are not highlighted as they should be.

Admin login crashes

When admin tries to log into the client area – the following message is received:
• The website cannot display the page
•  HTTP 500
Most likely causes:
The website is under maintenance.
The website has a programming error.
